The opening is bright, fresh and juicy; carnation and apple come through most prominently for me. Once the apple beings to cut a bit, natural and mature florals begin to emerge. Peony, rose and jasmine take center stage but they are held by the suede note that brings everyone down to earth. It dries down to a deliciously sweet musk without losing its juicy freshness. I’m walking through an apple orchard with a fresh bouquet, everything is covered in dew and I catch whiffs of the leather straps holding my picnic basket shut. Soft, romantic and feminine
